For the first time ever, the Northern Lightning Sprint Association took part in Cruisin’ Dauphin on the Labour Day Long Weekend.

About the Lightning Sprint Car

Featuring distinctive aerodynamic “wings” to provide down force, weighing just 730 pounds, and powered by extremely reliable 130 horsepower 750 c.c. motorcycle engines, Lightning Sprints provide fast and exciting wheel-to-wheel racing action at speeds rivaling the fastest full-bodied stock cars.

Congratulations to #27 of Chris Unrau on winning the Feature at Red River Co-op Speedway, Chris finished 2nd in his heat and finished of the season in 5th overall at Red River Co-op Speedway

Congratulations to #10 of Amber Balcaen on winning the Feature at Red River Co-op Speedway, Amber had a great race also at River City Speedwayfriday night with a good field of 21 cars she finished 2nd in her heat and also finished 2nd in the Feature.
